When will I get my goodies!

I want you to get your goodies in good time for your celebration, that’s why I ask for your celebration date when you place your order.  I will track your order to ensure it’s been delivered to you, and I’ll always keep you updated along the way!

If the goods are marked “in stock”, they will be dispatched on the same day if ordered before 3pm Monday – Friday.

Orders placed after 3pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday (or Tuesday if it’s a bank holiday).

If you order an item marked “on backorder” you will receive a confirmation email and a follow-up email confirming when your item will be dispatched.

Goods are sent by Royal Mail second class post with a delivery aim of 3 working days after dispatch. Large and bespoke boxes may be sent by 2-3 day courier.

Where do you deliver to?

I currently offer delivery within the UK.

Can I collect my order?

I don’t offer a collection service however if you’re based in Newport Pagnell, I’m happy to personally deliver the items to you at no cost. Please contact me before you place your order if you require this service. 

Can I add to my order?

I will always try to help where I can! If your order hasn’t been dispatched I’m very happy to add items, so please email me with your requirements, and I’ll do the rest. If the added items take you into a larger box for delivery, there may be an increase in postage costs. I will email you with all the details for you to agree to, and pay for, prior to me dispatching the items.  

What packaging do you use?

I try to be as environmentally friendly as possible. All my boxes are reusable and recyclable. I package all my boxes in a weatherproof bag to ensure they arrive with you in good condition. My weatherproof bags are also recyclable. 

The tissue paper I use is made from recycled paper. Any bubble wrap I use is recycled from deliveries. I also try to reuse and recycle as many boxes and other sorts of packing as possible to reduce the impact I have on the environment.

Do you offer bespoke boxes?

Yes! If you can’t find your theme or want extra items that you can’t see listed on my website, don’t hesitate to get in touch! I’m always happy to put together a bespoke box. This will be subject to availability, and dispatch time will depend on the items you choose. Just drop me a line with your theme, numbers, and the items you’re looking for, and we’ll take it from there!

If you’re stuck for ideas, I’m also more than happy to put a mood board together for you. 

Do you only do party stuff for kids?

No, I’m here for you whatever your celebration! Just let me know what you need and I’ll get right on with sourcing the products for you. 

If you’re stuck for ideas, I can put together some for you within your budget.  Because party planning together is always more fun!

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments through my website are handled securely through Paypal. You can pay using a PayPal account or credit/debit card.

What is your refund policy?

I aim to provide the very best products and service but I understand there are occasions where refunds may be required.
